Robert and Carol Bondonno have been married for 37 years, have two children and three grandchildren. Robert is a Licensed Minister with the Assemblies of God and they are both very active in their local
church. For the past 24 years they have been extensively involved in counseling ministry and training people for participation in lay ministry toward the caring for others. The concept of Grace For The Soul began to stir in their hearts in January 2002 as they realized that God had put a desire in the hearts of
many individuals to care for people of need within their community. Unfortunately, many of these individuals rarely had the resources at hand to put their desire into action. Robert and Carol also saw the
tremendous obstacles faced by Christian non-profit ministries. These included the lack of: finances,
office space and equipment, networking capabilities, and inter-group outreach coordination. Most of their time and finances are taken up with non-ministry overhead. Some were limited to only meeting physical
or material needs, but because of restrictions placed on them by some philanthropic organizations or government agencies, were unable to pray or share Jesus Christ with their clients. Grace For The Soul
is the vision God has given to Robert and Carol to release His grace to the community through lay people called to minister His love and care.Karen Nagle
Karen Nagle joined Grace For The Soul in 2003. She is an Elder in her church and leads the intercessory prayer ministry. Karen is someone who cares deeply for the individual and his or her walk
with Jesus Christ. She is also recognized as the "go-to person" when there is a personal need or prayer request. Those who know Karen know that she will be faithful to stand alongside an individual until the
need has been met. Karen's main role with Grace For The Soul is to develop a focus of intercessory prayer among the local churches for a release of the glory of God within the community and for the
effective outreach to lost and hurting individuals. She is also focused on encouraging those who are stepping out in faith to be God's vessels to those He wants to touch.
